Following the release of iOS 6 and an update
for the client (user) edition of OS X 10.8, Apple has updated its $20 OS X Server application
(which functions to convert the OS to the Server edition of Mountain Lion) to version 2.1, which adds the ability to manage the DHCP service
, configuring DNS entries with second-level domains and aliases and iOS device management support to the program. The Mail, Software Update and Website services have received fixes for migration issues, and a number of fixes for various issues are included.
